Guest Bedrooms
A credit card is required to secure your reservation and a deposit of the first night stay will be charged.
The remaining balance is then due on arrival.
Room prices include Full English Breakfast. Self Catering does not.
Check in is from 2pm. Check out is by 10.30am.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refundable provided that 7 days notice is given. Otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged
Self Catering Flats
Seven day weekly Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
A credit card is required to secure the reservation and a deposit of 50% will be charged.
The remaining balance is then due on arrival.
Check in is from 4pm. Check is by 10.30am on day of departure.
Damages will be charged for.
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refundable provided that 28 days notice is given. Otherwise the full amount of the stay will be charged
General
In the event of early departure guests will be liable for the full cost of stay.
We recommend the purchase of travel insurance

We have a strict No Smoking policy throughout the building. Guests who fail to adhere will be asked to leave, will not be refunded and will be subject to a charge of £50 for cleaning.
Any damage to the property or fixtures and fittings will be charged for.
We do not accept guests under the age of eighteen.
At Key West we pride ourselves, and are complimented, on our freshly prepared Breakfasts.
There is plenty of free parking on and off road.
